Press L + R at the main menu unlocks the cheat menu. Now use following codes:
SIMS - Play The Sims mode will now be unlocked.
FISH EYE - Press X to toggle between normal and first person view.
FREEALL - All objects will now cost 0 Simoleans.
PARTY M - The Party Motel two-player game will now be unlocked under the bonus section in Get A Life mode.
