Unlock All Courses
On the Title screen, hold both trigger buttons, and press X and Y togeather at the same time. The screen will flash as a confirmation.
Unlock All Skill Points, Challenges, and Career Modes
On the Main Menu, select My Player.
Enter: SafariTK as your players name.
Now finish customizing your player, and on the Skill Points screen your player will be maxed out. Return to the Main Menu after saving to access all challenges, and career mode.
