Start Onimusha Blade Warriors with a memory card that has a save file from Onimusha 3.
Secret Characters
Clear the game with certain normal characters will unlock other secret characters in the game.
*Once you unlock them, you have to fight in VS Mode and these characters will join in the battle. You then need to defeat them.
Gogandantess
Clear the game with Samanosuke Akechi, Kaede, Normal Soldier and Maeda Keijirou in Story Mode.
Jujudormah Ran
Clear the game with Jujudormah(Level 3 Or Above) in Story Mode.
Sasaki Kojirou
