Cheat Codes
Hit CTRL + SHIFT + C to bring up the cheat entry window, then type in one of the following codes:
Code - Effect
Kaching - Increase Family Funds by $1,000
Motherlode - Increase Family Funds by $50,000
MotiveDecay on/off - Turns natural need decay on or off.
AgeSimsCheat on/off - Adds "set age" to the Interaction Menu
AspirationLevel (0-5) - Set Aspiration Level (0=Lowest)
ShowHeadlines on/off - Makes invisible thought balloons. Useful for movie making.
AspirationPoints # - Add # of Aspiration Points
MaxMotives - Set All Needs to Full
UnlockCareerRewards - Allows access to all career rewards.
familyfunds - Allows you to give money to a household of sims without having to move them in a house first.
LockAspiration on/off - Freezes Aspiration point decay for all sims on the lot.
RoofSlopeAngle (15-75) - In build mode, it adjusts the slope angle on all roofs on a lot.
move_objects on or off - Let's you move and delete things you couldn't before (including your Sims)
boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true - (This cheat is case sensitive) Once the cheat has been entered, hold down shift and left click on any Sim or object. You'll get new options.
Virtual Credit Card / Money Cheat
This cheat works similar to a credit card, funds are available to your Sims just after entering the code, and money they are paid is deducted to repay the debt.
From the Neighborhood view select a Household Lot or Family and name it. Press [CTRL] + [SHIFT] + [C] to go to the command line. (let's assume your family name is nightlife), at the command line type familyfunds nightlife 100000, this will give the Sims 100,000 Simoleans. In the future, additional funds can be added in a similar fashion by typing familyfunds +5000, or familyfunds -5000 to repay.
