Debug Menu At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press C-Up, Up, C-Left, Right, C-Down, Down, C-Right, R, A, B. You'll hear a horse neigh if done correctly. Now begin a normal game and you'll notice the debug menu at the upper left-hand corner of the screen. Press Start on Controller #2 to cycle through the Debug Menus. Now press the indicated buttons on Controller #2 to activate the cheats on the indicated menu:

Group 1 Multi-Player Characters At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press A, L, R, Left, B, Down, Up. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
Group 2 Multi-Player Characters At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press B, A, A, R, L. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
Group 3 Multi-Player Characters At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press L, L, Up, Down, R, B, A. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
Group 4 Multi-Player Characters At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press B, B, B, R, Left, A. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.

Skin Select At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press C-Left, R, Left, Up, Down, B, A, Z. You'll hear a sound if done correctly. You'll be able to choose skins in Single Player Mode.
Shotgun W/ Unlimited Ammo At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press Up, Down, Left, Right, L, R. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
Freeze Thrower W/ Unlimited Ammo At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press Down, Up, A, L, R, Z. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
1 Shot Kills At the Press Start part of the opening screen, press Down, Down, A, Z, Z, Left, A. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
High Speed Zombies Rescue all babes in Level 8, Dry Town, to unlock this cheat option.

1st Person View After Press Start appears at the opening screen, press Down, Up, L, B, Z, Left, C-Up, C-Right, C-Left, Z. You'll hear a sound if done correctly.
Be X-Terminator Defeat the final boss in Multiplayer.
Wetworld Level When playing Level 3 (Nuclear Winter), go to the rail tracks leading to the communicator. Now power up and drop off onto the roof below it where a media kit will be. Jump off the roof into the water and swim to a floation platform where a level exit will be.
Regain Energy Blow up a fire hydrant or another source, stand in the water and press B to regain energy.
Titanic Level If you get all of the time machine pieces before you get to the level called The Rack, then a second exit portal will appear in the room just off the first.
