To unlock Crocodile you must have all 15 other characters unlocked. Once you've done that, play Ms. Sunday's Story Mode on any difficulty level and when the credits start rolling hold "L" and press Down, A, Left, Down, Y, A, X, B, Up, X, R, Left, Y, Right, B, R .
Unlocking Straw Hat Pirate's 4th Costumes
At the Start Screen, hold (R) and input these codes for the 4th costumes. You will hear a ding if done correctly.
