Enter the F-Zero Shop under the Customization menu. Go to the screen where you can buy machines, machine parts, and items, and enter the following:
Z, LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, Z, Y, X, Z, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, Z, X, Z, X, Z.
When entered correctly, you will hear a chime. You can now buy "Sounds of Big Blue" in the shop for 99 tickets.
