Exclusive Pokemon: Kyogre
The Sapphire version allows you to catch the ancient Pokemon Kyogre. It's only available in Sapphire, and you only face it once... in the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis City. Save your Master Ball so you'll be sure to capture it at this encounter.

Find Latias
Once you become the Pokemon League Champion, pay extra attention to the TV. It will broadcast information about a super-rare Pokemon. After that, be on the lookout for the Latias, which is exclusive to the Sapphire version of the game.

Watch TV for Hints
Watch television to see commercials advertising bargains and the like. Here are some occurences to keep your eyes peeled for:
A commercial for the Mauville Game Corner. When it plays, head over there for increased prizes.
A commercial for the Lilycove Department Store. Get a discount after you see the commercial.
Pokemon sighting information. When the TV tells you a specific Pokemon is spotted, go to that location to find the monster in question.
A commercial for the Slateport City energy guy. Go to him to get energy items at a reduced price.

Become a Mystery Event Member
To become a mystery event member, go to Petalburgs Pokemon center and talk to the profiler guy near the computer. Answer yes to his question to enter a new profile. Enter the following profile:
Mystery Event Is Exiting
He will confirm the password. CONGRATS!! your now a member!!! Mystery Events can be accsessed at the Continue/New Game screen. Also... You can use the E-Card that came with the game with an E-Reader [sold seperatly] while it is scanning for a link cable to unlock the 70th trainer).


How to Clone Pokemon
First, empty out a box in the computer by moving all the Pokemon out of it. Then, put the ONE Pokemon you want to clone in the now empty box. Afterwards, save. While it is saving, turn the power off. If it worked, you should now have 2 of your Pokemon.

Note: Turn the power off about half-way through the saving time.

Get items for free and very easy
Instead of various types of pokemons in ur party, fill it with zigzagoons. You will immediately pickup items that are hard to find or items that are usually very expensive. I used my linoone and 5 zigzagoon and was able to get around 20 PP UPs and 25 Rare candy and lots of super potion. Not good for battle though
