This is not a real cheat but its a little about the best players in the game. This list has been concluded by good scouting from the visitors of Cheatportal, so thx to you guys :)
Though some more "popular" and more expensive players will appear on this list, the purpose of it, is mainly to show less expensive and upcoming starlets. No reason in listing big stars we already know ;)
