Description:
Disable Intro Movies
Open the "default.ini" file located in the "Thief 3System" folder using Notepad. Then locate the "[PCStartup]" section, and change the "ShowIntroMovies=True" line to "ShowIntroMovies=False".

Disable First-Person Head Bobbing
Open up "In T3PlayerAnims.ini". with Notepad. In the "-- NORMAL GROUND MOVEMENT --" section, change all [Forward1] through [Forward6] from "Translate=false" to "Translate=true". You should now have disabled the up and down bobbing motion of the camera.
