When you beat the game, you can go to a menu with all of these cheats listed.
You must beat the game to have access to them. To activate any of the codes, first pause the game and hold the L and R buttons down while putting them in.

Unlock Gandalf`s Level 4 Abilities
Press START and hold the L and R buttons. Then press Y, UP, B, A. This should unlock them. You will know it worked if you hear a metal "clank" sound.
